Corpus Domini in Orvieto is a Catholic religious festival held annually in honor of the Holy Body and Blood of Christ. This festival is particularly famous for the solemn procession that takes place through the streets of Orvieto, Italy, during which the body of Christ is carried in a monstrance. The event was established in 1264 following a Eucharistic miracle said to have occurred in Orvieto. The festival attracts pilgrims from all over the world to celebrate and adore the sacrament of the Eucharist.
